Why I Created the Total Body Confidence Method and Why Nutrition Alone Wasn't Enough

I created the Total Body Confidence Method because I could see that nutrition alone wasn’t enough.

While personalised nutrition (including Metabolic Balance®) was helping my clients see physical changes, many needed more support, more guidance, and more understanding around mindset and lifestyle.

They needed:

  • Ongoing access to me for questions and support during business hours

  • A structured online program covering mindset, meal prep, emotional eating, and lifestyle habits

  • Recipe resources, food swap guides, flavour guide and practical tools

  • Cooking videos filmed in my own kitchen — because food should be enjoyable

  • Guidance on how to transition confidently once the program ends

  • My personal GPTs (AI guides built by me on my methods) to support those 9pm self-sabotaging thoughts.

I’m a qualified metabolic nutritionist, Metabolic Balance practitioner, chef, and mindset coach, and I’m also a busy woman juggling business, family, and life, so I truly understand the reality of full plates and limited time.
