  • 1:1 Coaching & Support - Personalised sessions focused on mindset, behaviour change, NLP, nutrition, and creating sustainable habits around food and health.   • Advanced Testing - gut tests, blood test and food compatibility hair test. Because one-size-fits-all doesn’t work, I offer targeted health testing when needed to personalise your nutrition and remove the guesswork.

Total Body Confidence Method

A personalised, whole-body approach to weight loss, health, and confidence — without dieting. There are various options for length of coaching, 3, 4 or 6 months with or without personal mindset coaching. Your choice.

The Total Body Confidence Method is my signature program, designed for women who are ready to stop fighting their body and start working with it. This is personalised nutrition, mindset support, and practical guidance wrapped into a supportive journey that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Metabolic Balance

A science-based nutrition plan designed specifically for your body including 1:1 coaching, but no Total Body Confidence Method program. This is 12 weeks in duration, available for longer periods too.

  • Improve energy, digestion, and metabolic health

Using Metabolic Balance, this program looks at your unique biochemistry to determine exactly what your body needs to function at its best. The focus is on restoring balance in the body first — so weight loss, energy, and wellbeing become natural outcomes, not a constant battle.

Mindset & Breakthrough Coaching (NLP)

Because lasting change isn’t just about food — it’s about what’s running the show underneath. Can be combined with Metabolic Balance.

This is for you if:

  • Feel stuck in self-sabotage or emotional eating

  • Beat yourself up for “failing” when plans don’t stick

1:1 Coaching & Personalised Support

Individual sessions tailored to you — combining health coaching, nutrition support, and mindset work (including NLP) to help you create sustainable habits around food, health, and life.

We begin with an initial consultation to understand where you’re at and what support would serve you best right now. From there, you build your own journey — choosing the type and level of support you need, as you need it. There are no fixed packages and no pressure to commit long term.

  • One-off or ongoing health coaching sessions

  • Nutrition support and guidance around real food and metabolism

  • Mindset and behaviour change work (including NLP)

  • Support through a specific challenge, transition, or stuck phase

  • Accountability and clarity while you build confidence and momentum

Support can change and evolve as you do — we work together for as long, or as short, a time as feels right for you.

Advanced Testing (Optional, Personalised Support)

When needed, I offer targeted functional testing to help remove the guesswork and understand what your body actually needs — not what the internet says.

These tests can help us personalise your nutrition and support plan even further:

  • Gut Health Testing (Microbiome & GI Mapping)

    To explore digestion, absorption, inflammation, and gut bacteria balance — especially helpful for bloating, fatigue, bowel issues, cravings, or stubborn weight.

  • HairSense Nutrition – Food Compatibility Testing

    HairSense Nutrition is a non-invasive food compatibility test that assesses how your body responds to over 600 foods and everyday items on an energetic level. Using a small hair sample, it helps identify what may currently support your body — and what could be creating subtle stress — to further personalise your nutrition.

  • Blood Tests

    Used to assess key health markers and, when required, to create your personalised Metabolic Balance® nutrition plan.

All testing is optional and only recommended when it adds real value to your journey. We’ll always talk it through together, so you feel informed, supported, and confident in your choices.

One-Off Appointments & Consultations

While most of my clients choose to work with me through structured programs and packages for lasting results, I also offer a small number of individual sessions for women who need short-term support, clarity, or guidance.

These sessions are ideal if you’re not quite ready for a full program, or if you need focused help around a specific issue.

They are available in person in my home office in Bli Bli and online via zoom.

We take a deep dive into your health history, current challenges, goals, and lifestyle, and map out the most supportive next steps for you — whether that’s personalised nutrition, mindset support, testing or a structured program.
