Zita Dixon
Nutritionist
My name is Zita and I am a nutritionist, chef, fitness coach and mama to 2 beautiful boys. I have had quite a journey to bring me to this awesome point in my life. My parents owned a restaurant, where I spent most of my youth learning to cook from my parents, and this led me to become a chef. Whilst I was training to become a chef, I discovered my curiosity for nutrition.
I travelled the world for many years working on super yachts. I found that many of the guests on yachts require special diets, and this formed the basis of my investigations into creating a healthy, individual way to eat. It fueled my passion for food and to understand how it all goes together with optimal health.
Having children really cemented the fact that I wanted to gain an understanding of nutrition and how the body works, as my son had serious ear infections and food intolerances. So, I took the plunge back into study and here I am, living my dream of really being able to help my family and my clients understand and live healthier lives.

Another massive part of my personal journey was that I was a pudgy kid. I struggled with my weight my whole life. Even as a nutritionist, understanding the body, it wasn’t until I discovered Metabolic Balance that I was able to lose the weight and keep it off. This training has been a revelation for me and I now love to share it with my clients and have helped many people achieve their weight loss goals and achieve a healthy lifestyle.
So, what does this mean for you?
It means that I have a deep understanding of food and how it reacts to the body. When you come to see me, we will have a detailed conversation about you and your health history and come up with an individual health plan that will help you achieve your health goals. Depending on your needs, I can help you with healthy recipes, testing, measurements, supplements, exercise programs, your mindset and emotions that drive you and individual Metabolic Balance plans.
I love helping my clients to lose weight in a healthy sustainable way. I am also passionate about gut health and food intolerances. I am all about helping you heal your body with real food.
My qualifications are: Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine, Cordon Bleu Chef Advanced Diploma, Metabolic Balance Practitioner, Certified NLP Practitioner, Cert III in Fitness, and Metafit and Metapwr trainer.
